However, product colours, packaging, sizes, features, ingredients, specifications, and appearance may vary slightly from images or descriptions due to supplier updates, screen settings, product changes, or packaging variations.

V-Unique is not responsible for misuse, incorrect use, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised modification, poor care, or use of any product for a purpose for which it was not intended.
8. Orders and Acceptance of Orders
Placing a product in your cart or wish list does not reserve the product or guarantee its price or availability.
An order is only confirmed once the checkout process has been completed and payment has been successfully received or authorised.
V-Unique may accept or reject an order, in whole or in part, depending on stock availability, payment confirmation, product availability, courier availability, accuracy of information, suspected fraud, website errors, or any other reasonable business or legal reason.
If we are unable to accept or fulfil your order after payment has been received, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement option, store credit, voucher, or refund where applicable.
9. Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Although we try to keep stock information accurate, some products may become unavailable, delayed, or discontinued after an order is placed, especially where supplier stock is involved.
If an item is unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to discuss available options.
10. Pricing and Errors
All prices are displayed in South African Rand unless otherwise stated.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that product prices and delivery fees are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
If a product is incorrectly priced due to a website error, system error, supplier error, or obvious mistake, V-Unique reserves the right to cancel or correct the order, subject to applicable law. If you have already paid and the order cannot proceed, we will refund the amount paid for the affected product or order.
V-Unique is not obliged to supply products at an incorrect price where the error is obvious, unreasonable, or not due to our gross negligence, subject to applicable law.
11. Payment
Payment may be made using the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Available payment options may include debit card, credit card, PayGate, PayPal, Mobicred, or other payment methods shown during checkout.
Payment options may change from time to time. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received or authorised.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected and that sufficient funds are available for the purchase.
Please do not send card details, banking passwords, OTPs, or sensitive payment information by email, WhatsApp, social media, or any unsecured channel.

12. Delivery
V-Unique delivers orders using courier services.
Delivery times, costs, and availability may vary depending on your location, product availability, supplier processing, courier availability, and circumstances beyond our control.
Estimated delivery is usually 7 to 14 working days, unless otherwise stated. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
V-Unique’s delivery obligation is generally fulfilled when the order is delivered to the delivery address provided by you or accepted by a person at that address.
You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address, contact number, and delivery information are correct before completing your order.

13. Discreet Packaging
V-Unique takes reasonable steps to package orders discreetly in plain packaging so that the contents of the parcel are not visible.
The courier waybill must still contain the information required for delivery, including delivery details and necessary sender or return information.

14. Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. After delivery, returns and refunds will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

15. Returns and Refunds
Due to the intimate and personal-use nature of many products sold by V-Unique, returns and exchanges are limited for hygiene, safety, and customer protection reasons.
Certain products cannot be returned once opened, used, worn, removed from sealed packaging, or otherwise handled in a way that makes them unsuitable for resale, unless the product is faulty, damaged on delivery, or incorrectly supplied.
All returns, refunds, exchanges, faulty product reports, damaged product reports, and replacement requests are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to unlawfully limit any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection law.
16. Gift Cards, Vouchers, Promotions and Discount Codes
V-Unique may offer gift cards, vouchers, promotional codes, discount codes, sale campaigns, or other promotional offers from time to time.
These may be subject to specific terms and conditions, expiry dates, minimum spend requirements, product exclusions, usage limits, and availability.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotional codes must be used at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is placed
- Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash
- Promotions may not be used together unless expressly permitted
- Promotions may be changed, withdrawn, or corrected where reasonably necessary
- Gift cards or vouchers may not be refundable for cash, subject to applicable law
V-Unique is not responsible for the loss, unauthorised use, or sharing of voucher codes, gift card codes, or promotional codes once provided to the customer.
17. Loyalty Rewards Programme
If V-Unique offers a loyalty or rewards programme, the programme will be subject to its own terms and conditions.
Rewards, loyalty points, vouchers, or programme benefits do not have cash value and may only be used in accordance with the rules of the programme.
V-Unique may adjust, correct, cancel, or reverse points or rewards in cases of refunds, returned items, accounting errors, duplicate accounts, system errors, suspected fraud, or misuse of the programme.

19. Reviews and Customer Content
If you submit a review, rating, testimonial, comment, image, or other content to V-Unique, you confirm that the content is accurate, lawful, your own, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
By submitting a review or rating, you permit V-Unique to use, display, edit, reproduce, or share that review for website, marketing, newsletter, social media, or promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.
We will not intentionally display your full contact details with a review. Where a name is displayed, we may use your first name, initials, username, or another reasonable identifier.
V-Unique reserves the right not to publish or to remove reviews that are abusive, misleading, unlawful, offensive, irrelevant, spam-related, or inappropriate.

V-Unique will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform any obligation where such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This may include courier delays, supplier delays, stock shortages, strikes, load shedding, power failures, internet outages, natural disasters, pandemics, government action, customs delays, civil unrest, technical failures, or other events outside our reasonable control.

V-Unique may update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website after changes are published will mean that you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.
