10. Orders and Acceptance of Orders
Placing a product in your cart or wish list does not reserve the product or guarantee its price or availability.
An order is only confirmed once the checkout process has been completed and payment has been successfully received or authorised.
V-Unique may accept or reject an order, in whole or in part, depending on:

V-Unique is not obliged to supply products at an incorrect price where the error is obvious, unreasonable, or not due to our gross negligence, subject to applicable law.

Please do not send card details, banking passwords, OTPs, or sensitive payment information by email, WhatsApp, social media, or any unsecured channel.

Card details are entered through the secure payment environment of the relevant payment provider and are not stored directly on the V-Unique website, unless this is securely handled by an authorised payment provider in accordance with its own security standards.

15. Delivery
V-Unique delivers orders using courier services.

Estimated delivery is usually 7 to 14 working days, unless otherwise stated. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Where V-Unique accepts your order and the product is available, we will take reasonable steps to deliver the goods as soon as reasonably possible and within the timeframes required by applicable law.
V-Unique’s delivery obligation is generally fulfilled when the order is delivered to the delivery address provided by you or accepted by a person at that address.
You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address, contact number, and delivery information are correct before completing your order.

16. Undeliverable, Refused, or Uncollected Orders
If an order is returned to V-Unique because the customer provided an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed to collect the parcel, or was unavailable after reasonable courier attempts, the customer may be responsible for:

- Handling fees
- Administration fees
- Any other reasonable costs incurred
Refunds for undeliverable, refused, or uncollected orders, where approved, may exclude delivery, return, handling, or administration costs.
17. Delivery Area and Export Restriction
The offering on this website is primarily available to customers in South Africa.
V-Unique may refuse, cancel, or restrict orders where delivery is unavailable, unlawful, impractical, or not supported by our courier or supplier network.

18. Discreet Packaging
V-Unique takes reasonable steps to package orders discreetly in plain packaging so that the contents of the parcel are not visible.
The courier waybill must still contain the information required for delivery, including delivery details and necessary sender or return information.

19. Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. After delivery, returns and refunds will be handled in accordance with our Return and refund policy.

20. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the intimate and personal-use nature of many products sold by V-Unique, returns and exchanges are limited for hygiene, safety, and customer protection reasons.
Certain products cannot be returned once opened, used, worn, removed from sealed packaging, or otherwise handled in a way that makes them unsuitable for resale, unless the product is faulty, damaged on delivery, or incorrectly supplied.

V-Unique may offer gift cards, vouchers, promotional codes, discount codes, sale campaigns, loyalty rewards, loyalty points, or other promotional offers from time to time.
These may be subject to specific terms and conditions, expiry dates, minimum spend requirements, product exclusions, usage limits, and availability.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotional codes must be used at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is placed
- Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash
- Promotions may not be used together unless expressly permitted
- Promotions may be changed, withdrawn, or corrected where reasonably necessary
- Gift cards or vouchers may not be refundable for cash, subject to applicable law
- Rewards, points, or loyalty benefits do not have cash value

V-Unique is not responsible for the loss, unauthorised use, or sharing of voucher codes, gift card codes, promotional codes, or loyalty rewards once provided to the customer.
