RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Returns and Refunds Terms and Conditions
V-Unique would like you to be satisfied with the products you purchase from us. Herewith the following outline and procedures for returns and refunds.
NATURE OF ADULT PRODUCTS
Due to the intimate nature of our products, our returns policy is limited. Upon dispatch, most of our products are not exchangeable or refundable for both hygiene purposes. We ensure that we supply working products each product will be tested prior to dispatch. Our products are of good quality, and we ensure that, fully operational products are dispatched.
In the rare instance that you receive a product that is damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us, within 24 hours of receipt, and we will revert to you within 24 hours after receiving your email at customerservice@v-unique.co.za. Remember to include your order number and a detailed description of the problem and we will revert to you informing you of the process of addressing the issue.
Please Note refunds and repairs are dependent on the supplier’s or manufacture’s inspection report and needs to eliminate the possibility of deliberate misuse. This will only apply if the product is returned in it's original packaging
V-Unique does not warrant to the customer that the goods are fit for the purpose sold and/or are free from any defects whether latent or patent. Wherever possible, V-Unique will endeavor to pass on the benefit of any manufacturer's guarantee but apart there from there shall be no liability whatsoever attaching V-Unique in respect of goods sold to the customer. Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for any consequential loss whatsoever. The Adult Toys and returns applies to all adult toys, under these terms and conditions. Lingerie, lubricants, and intimate items and gifts and games are excluded. We cannot accept returns on any items of an intimate nature that have been removed from their packaging unless they are faulty.
If a parcel is still on the way to you, or just arrived and the courier bag hasn’t been opened, you can return the product for a gift voucher. We will charge a 15% handling fee.
In the event that we need to refund you in full, refunds will be issued to the person and card used on the original order and will take between 5 to 10 working days to reflect into the cardholder’s account.
Where we are unable to replace your product due to low stock levels, we will offer you a refund by means of a fully redeemable voucher or a suitable replacement to the same or similar value. Please send us an email to customerservice@v-unique.co.za for any queries regarding defective products. Include a clear description of the technical issue, order number and date of purchase. You will receive a return email advising you on how to proceed.
At V-Unique, we aim to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and our service delivery. If for any reason you find yourself unsatisfied, please contact us at customerservice@v-unique.co.za for us to address the situation.
