1) What are the Delivery and Shipping costs?
Delivery and Shipping will vary in cost depending on how quickly you want your order to arrive. Free shipping is offed on orders from R1500 per single order.

2) Is your packaging discreet?
Of course! We deliver all orders in boring brown boxes or plain envelopes so that the only person getting excited about your delivery is you.
The waybill will be attached to the brown box or plain envelope with our return address.
3) What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
When you're out when your package is delivered, the courier will leave a card scheduling another attempt or telling you where you to pick up your discreetly packaged order.
4) Can I track my order?
Yes. After you receive the shipping notice, from that point you will be able to track your order.
Our couriers offer order tracking as standard. You will receive information via SMS on how to track your order once your order is dispatched.

Your tracking code will be shown in your order dispatch email.
To see the status of your order, please follow the tracking code link to the courier's website in the email we sent you that confirmed your order.
If you are a V - Unique Account holder and you were logged, in when you placed your order, the tracking code will also display in the Order History section of your account page. Log into the account.
If the parcel has not arrived within 7 to 14 working days after you had expected it to, please contact us on email: customerservices@v-unique.co.za and we will help to find a solution.
8) Is it safe to order from V-Unique?
Yes, Absolutely, it is safe to shop at V-Unique with your credit or debit card, via – PayPal or other payment providers.

12) How do I cancel an order?
Before confirming your order, ensure that you have accurately captured your order.
Prior to delivery of the goods, you may cancel an order at any time provided you do so before receiving a dispatch or delivery notice.
After delivery of the goods, you may return the Goods only in accordance with the Returns and Refunds Policy.

13) Why is Tax included to my order?
We are legally required to charge Value Added Tax in South Africa.
The taxes that appear in your order during checkout are what you will be charged.
14) What if I am not home when my order arrives?
When you are out and if your package is delivered a SMS will be sent to arrange another delivery date and time.
