Our couriers offer order tracking as standard. You will receive information via SMS on how to track your order once your order is dispatched.
Your tracking code will be shown in your order dispatch email.
To see the status of your order, please follow the tracking code link to the courier's website in the email we sent you that confirmed your order.
If you are a V-Unique account holder and you were logged, in when you placed your order, the tracking code will also
display in the Order History section of your account page. Log into the account.
If the parcel has not arrived within 7 to 14 working days after you had expected it to, please contact us on email: email@example.com, and we will help to find a solution.
