At V-Unique, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, due to the nature of our products and supplier availability, certain items may be temporarily unavailable or discontinued. We rely on trusted third-party courier services, and while we work to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur.

Delivery Costs

• Free delivery on all orders over R1500.
• Orders under 2 kg: R190.
• Orders over 2 kg: R240.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery takes 7 to 14 business days (T&Cs apply).
• Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a waybill number for tracking and proof of delivery, available upon request.
