That is why we take reasonable steps to ensure that your parcel is packaged and delivered as discreetly as possible.

Plain, Discreet Packaging

All V-Unique orders are packed in plain packaging so that the contents of your parcel are not visible.

We aim to keep packaging simple, neutral, and discreet, without unnecessary markings that reveal what you have purchased.

What Appears on the Waybill?

For courier delivery purposes, every parcel must have a waybill attached. The waybill may include the delivery address, contact details required by the courier, and necessary sender or return information.

This information is required for the courier to deliver your order safely and correctly.

Where possible, we avoid unnecessary wording that would disclose the nature of the products inside your parcel.

Who Will Know What Is Inside?

The contents of your order are not visible from the outside of the parcel.

Courier staff and other people handling the parcel should not be able to see what you ordered from the outer packaging.

Please note that V-Unique may still need to share limited order and delivery information with trusted service providers, such as payment processors, website systems, and courier partners, in order to process and deliver your order.

Delivery to Workplaces or Shared Addresses

If you are sending your order to a workplace, reception desk, security gate, apartment complex, or shared address, please ensure that the delivery details are accurate and that you are comfortable receiving the parcel at that address.

Although the packaging is discreet, the parcel will still need to be accepted by someone at the delivery address if you are not available.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available when the courier attempts delivery, the courier may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt or advise you where and how to collect your parcel.

Please ensure that your contact number is correct when placing your order so that the courier can reach you if needed.
